Located in the serene surroundings of Barns Green, West Sussex, Muntham House School's POST-16 provision offers a tailored and supportive learning environment for young people with diverse needs. Our curriculum balances academic, vocational, and life skills development, ensuring students are well-prepared for higher education, employment, or independent living.

Daily Schedule

Our provision operates five days a week, offering a full-time, structured programme that exceeds the standard 16-hour POST-16 education threshold. This comprehensive approach ensures consistent learning opportunities, enrichment activities, and support sessions.

Accreditation and Course Offerings

We offer a broad range of accredited Level 3 courses designed to cater to various interests, abilities, and career aspirations, accessible to all pupils regardless of GCSE grades. 

Vocational and Academic Courses

  • Art and Design: Engage in diverse artistic techniques and projects. 
  • Catering: Gain hands-on experience in culinary skills, hygiene, and food preparation. 
  • Sport: Explore both practical and theoretical aspects of sports science and coaching. 
  • Esports: Delve into the competitive gaming industry, including streaming and digital marketing. 
  • Computing: Learn the fundamentals of IT, coding, cybersecurity, and digital skills.

Work/Life Ready Programme 

Our Work/Life Ready Programme equips students with essential skills beyond traditional academics, preparing them comprehensively for future endeavors.

  • Careers Education: Receive personalized guidance, engage in work experience placements, and attend employability workshops.

  • Duke of Edinburgh’s Award (DofE): Participate in activities that encourage adventure, volunteering, and skill-building. 
  • Peer Mentoring Programme: Engage in guided sessions that enable students to support each other.
